Me too. Part built one at school but didn't have it finished by the time I left to go to Uni...The bits were lost in the mists of time...

A small engine like the Topsy is not a good choice for a first time engine builder as the piston/cylinder fits required are quite difficult to achieve, a better choice for a first build is something larger like the Bollaero 1.8, nelson 2cc ( revised bollaero with ballraced crank) or the Hollybuddy 2.5cc . All the listed motors are barstock designs so no castings or crankcase sculpting required.
