Anyone know of the Commander radio made in Malden, Essex (The Causeway near Balsa Cabin)
A friend of mine moulded the cases, looked a bit like a MPX 3030 and would love to see a pic for old times sake, nostalgia aint what it used to be!?!

Dunno Phil, I ll ask him, but he moulded the cases for them in Malden. Think Crescent sold those and werent they a japanese manufactured radio?

It wasnt Crescent, we do know, my friend thinks it was Maldon Electronics and apparently they had a connection with ACOMS radios, doing quality checks before Kohnstams sold them to the Trade, so if that rings any bells with anyone?

G45 Space Commander was my first radio set in 1976.
