I'm looking for a Kraft "Gold Medal Series" foil label to replace the original damaged label. The original is 100mmx34mm. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Cal Orr does reproductions, but they're expensive, last time I checked they were around $30 + shipping + taxes, which doubles the price to the UK. Maybe shipping is less to other parts of the world. And they are not embossed like the originals, the lettering is flat, not raised. But they're better than a damaged label.

An alternative is to make your own. I have done the art work for most of the Kraft sets.

If you follow Ron's labelling method and use silver/alloy labelling material you can get a result equal to Cal Orr's commercial ones (yellow printed on silver material finishes looking gold). I've had better results with a laser printer than an inkjet, but others have used inkjets to good effect, so it's possible to use either.
