Servo amps

Hi all
I'm making up a nice set of Sprengbrook micro loc linear servos to go with my latest radio refit. Keeps the retro theme going. Now I will need to change servo amps to modern 3 wire units. Whats the best option?
Can I fit a digital one , will the feed back pot be suitable for digital?
