Other than Dave Hardakers Quicksilver, the Soarcerer was my next favourite slope soarer.

Our local model shop used to sell a glass fus and foam wings for them manufactured locally in a guys shed.

Yeh, I've heard of him.

He lives with the Wildlings and White Walkers beyond the Great Ice Wall in Caledonia.

That was a terrible plug for your brilliant ribs and part kits Neil....

PM him or have a look at his shop on eBay http://stores.ebay.co.uk/iGull-Laser?_t ... 7675.l2563

There you go a proper plug.

Not exactly a Soarcerer or a copy but certainly inspired by Dave Hughes' design, I built it in 1970, the year after Soarcerer was published, mine had ailerons before the original. I flew it at the Isle of Man glider week meetings from 1973 to '76. It went much better when I increased the aileron chord a few weeks after the photo was taken.
