Invitation to ISA Nostalgia Day Saturday September 10th 2022

Once again the ISA have very kindly invited the Retro Slopers here to the ISA Nostalgia Day at Ivinghoe Beacon on Saturday 10th of September 2022, with Sat 17th in reserve. Its an easy-going 'Fly-In' not a competition, like a "Slope Ponty"

Car park is at LU6 2EG (thanks Martin!). Please note that if you intend to fly you MUST bring is proof of 3rd party insurance, ie BMFA, FPVUK, NYMRSA etc
For anyone staying a few days, not too distant is the RAF Museum at Hendon and the Mosquito Museum at South Mimms, and also Bletchley Park Museum.

Anyone up for a weekend away, giving the old Elmiras, Impalas, Soarcerers, Fokas and WOZ's an airing, and showing off your 'period' retro radio refits ?
Last time the ISA members were most impressed with our collection of retro slopers on matching retro radios!

Lets hope for some wind this time!

The Big Eagle & Cobra were Phil Smith's prototypes. The Big Eagle last flew in 1970.. the Cobra 1980. Time to get them in the sky again.
