I remember reading that in 2017, new states of matter were discovered, found in space-time crystals. The atoms were in a continual state of repetitive motion. By definition this is perpetual motion but because no energy can be released it is motion without energy so absolutely useless for powering our planes and radio gear.

Now how can I remember this but forget what I had for breakfast this morning.
