Sanwa Excellence Fr SKY conversion

Hello everyone. Well this is a departure for me As I have never fitted a 2.4 GHz module to any of my transmitters preferring to keep them original. However the 35 MHz FM module was intermittent. I got it working but there must be a component Failure. As I had a 2.4 GHz conversion kit I’ve decided to use it. It seems I can get the transmitter and receiver to bind. But I cannot get any movement at the servos Yet I’m sure I have selected the PPM output to the 2.4 GHz transmitter module correctly. Any clues would be much appreciated!

Sussed it! Wrong PPM signal feed - now working great!

Hi Jonathan
I've recently stripped out a Sanwa Excellence to convert to 2.4GHz with my encoder for a friend. It was in "as new" condition and only been used about twice. Did you want the circuit boards so you can convert yours back to 35MHz or dual 35MHz and 2.4GHz?
Cheers
Mike

Hello Mike
I’d love it thank you will pay post plus .
Mine is a 35mHz FM board - I also have a 35mHz AM outfit - very tatty but good sticks will come in handy for a home build

Completed transmitter. Bind button and LED sit recessed within the xtal hole. I kept the mode 1and 2 switch hidden inside - works amazingly well and locks on immediately with the rx very unlike my spectrum DSM2 outfits which I am not keen on
