I've slowly been working through boxes of gear as I finally rescue them from long term storage

Last weekend I had a win when I found a box containing many of my older radios - various Futaba's, my 2 x ACE Silver 7s, Hitec's, Micron, Multiplex Royal MC, etc, etc.
First out of the box & destined only for gigafication is a 20 year old
Hitec Focus 3 SS Tx (3 channel single stick AM). I have 2 of these fabulous little radios. Personally I think they were one of the best radios Hi-tech ever made

Ergonomically they were amazing - if you're right handed like me & fly mode 2 which I do

they fit neatly & comfortably into your left hand with the throttle lever on the back of the TX literally under your index finger tip. As a Tx, they had great balance & terrific range.
While not as old as the radios normally seen on the forum, I thought it sufficiently different

to be worth sharing
